  • What type of massage should I have?
A basic premise is to consider how you want to feel after your treatment. Are you looking more for relaxation? You should choose either Holistic or Lymphatic Drainage. If you're someone who moves a lot either for work or in your extra curricular activities, you may want a firmer massage, either Deep Tissue, Bamboo or even Thai Yoga massage to work out any tension that has built up in the muscles. If you're feeling slugging and you need some pampering, Lymphatic Drainage is best to feel chilled out and have a burst of energy. Our therapists are multi skilled and can adjust the treatment for you if what you booked isn't the best treatment for you on the day. This will be discussed with your therapist during your consultation. Please do fill in your consultation form so that we can best determine what will be the safest and most effective option for you.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • Will massage help with my pain?
It really depends on what type of pain, the frequency and how well you know yourself. If you have a new pain without a specific cause, a sharp shooting pain or are worried about pain you should go and see your GP, who is always your first port of call. If you regularly use your body for strenuous activity eg. active job, going to the gym, sports, RSI etc, and you ache, it's a safe assumption that massage will be hugely beneficial to you. We do thorough consultations before treatment to ensure our clients are safe and refer if necessary. Many cultures have regular massage built into everyday lifestyles. We do not think of massage as essential in the UK, but as something special to do when you go on holiday or something you book as an emergency because we have reached our limit. Massage should not be a luxury. It is ESSENTIAL SELF CARE. Regular massage is necessary for all of us, especially if we are active and even when we're not. Sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day is detrimental to out health and some of the effects can be reversed with massage. Book one today.
  • How much clothing do I have to remove?
Most of the treatments require you to remove clothing from the part being massaged. The rest of you will be covered with a towel. For some treatments you will stay fully clothed: Thai massage, Reiki, Thai Foot. Your comfort is of the utmost importance and you will only be required to bare the skin being treated. There will never be students in your session. Your modesty will be protected at all times.
  • Can I get a discount if I buy more than one session?
Yes! We have pricing plans available if you decide to buy five/six sessions or more on many of our treatments. We also have a loyalty card which, if you get five treatments, will then give you 50% off ANY treatment you book. This includes our more exclusive 2 hour luxury spa treatments.

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
